Whether you're about to conduct a meeting for the first time, or lead meetings every week, it's important to refine your facilitation skills. In this training, learn and practice the skills necessary to lead an organized, productive meeting. Participants learn how to:
• create a realistic agenda • bring people together towards a common goal • encourage group participation and involvement • maintain control of time and focus • reach decisions and agreements • maintain group energy and momentum • gracefully manage different personalities and dynamics
